  • In our pre-op consultation we prepare you both mentally and physically for surgery. We go over the surgery details, pricing and much more. We advise having an MLD session before your surgery to prepare the lymphatic system.

  • We work with patients who have had fat transfer, liposuction for cosmetic reasons and for conditions such as lipoedema (or lipedema), tummy tucks, mommy makeovers, leg lifts, arm lifts, muscle repairs, FDL surgery, gynaecomastia surgery and much more.

  • Providing advice on diet with research based advice and lifestyle tips to optimise healing.

  • We complete fitting checks throughout treatment sessions to make sure your compression fits and is effective.

  • We help to prevent and treat post-op fibrosis using various massage technique, stretching and foams to give you the best results and minimal scarring.

  • Where necessary, we will advise on additional products your can buy and use to get optimal results including foams, supplements, scar gels and tapes, breast stabiliser bands, belly button shapers etc
